Apriva Walker Phone Swiper Troubleshooting
If you are running into problems, please make sure the microphone is on and the volume is turned all the way up.
If you are using a Rambler (nonEMV) swiper, you must go to the MORE tab, Select settings, Select Card Reader, and make sure the “Swipe Only Device” is checked.
If you are using Walker (EMV) swiper, you must go to the MORE tab, Select settings, Select Card Reader, and make sure the “Chip Enabled Device” is checked.
